Shipping:
C & F EMS and Fire Supply ships all items using United Parcel Service. All shipping charges will be reflected on your invoice.
All orders received before 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, will ship the same day. Orders received after 4:00 pm will ship the next business day. Please note that orders received on Fridays after 4:00 pm, and on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day.

Returned items must be sent with original manufacturer's packaging and tags. Items that have been worn or used, or that have been damaged by purchaser, or are otherwise not in a condition allowing C&F EMS and Fire Supply to sell them as "new", will not be eligible for a refund. Returned items must be properly packaged so as to not be damaged in transit. Items must be sent with the original packing slip, or with a note from purchaser containing the order number, purchaser's name, address and phone number, and reason for return. If an item is being returned for exchange, please clearly write the size and/or color you would like sent to you. All returns will be subject to a 10% Restocking Fee.
